Chairman and President

Norman Vincent Wee is the current President of W Group Inc., the holding company for the leading business groups W Hydrocolloids, Inc., a world-class manufacturer of seaweed carrageenan, Marine Resources Development Corporation, one of the leading providers of innovative food ingredient solutions and products in the Philippines, and W Landmark Inc., W Group’s property management and real estate development business.

Norman is also the president of W Group’s premier property development arm, W Landmark Inc. (WLI) since 2017 after serving as the company’s Chief Financial officer for six years. WLI’s building portfolio consists of W High Street, W Global Center, W Fifth Avenue, Citi Plaza, and W CityCenter, all of which are located at the fastest growing business district in the Philippines, Bonifacio Global City.

Norman’s leadership and exemplary knowledge on the financial and global market have allowed him to lead the company into securing long-term leases from top global industry companies such as Google, Cardinal Health, and Globe Telecom.

With Norman’s extensive years of experience in investments, real estate development, and business development, two of WLI’s prime buildings are recognized and awarded with a LEED Certification—  Citi Plaza with double-Platinum LEED certification and W CityCenter with Gold LEED Certification received earlier this year. Norman’s grit and commitment to operate world-class properties has allowed three of its buildings to earn PEZA certification, while all buildings received its Grade-A building recognition.

Aside from his work as president of W Group Inc. and W Landmark Inc., Norman also serves as the Director of Portuguese Realty, Inc., Ticino Holdings Inc., and W Hydrocolloids Inc.

Norman received his degree in AB Management at the De La Salle University College of Saint Benilde in 1995.
