The position is responsible for partnering and advising the Head of Business Units (HBUs) and other Department Heads with regards to labor and employment issues, disciplinary procedures, recruitment and staffing initiatives, organization structure, compensation, resignation and terminations, and training. The HR Department Head interacts with all members of the organization.

Corporate Planning Head

Position Brief:

The Corporate Planning Head provides strategic and operational support in the development and implementation of the Corporate Planning framework, and monitoring of compliance. The position supports in the preparation of reports on corporate performance based on the identified corporate objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
