W HIGH STREET

Designed by Miami-based architectural firm Arquitectonica in close collaboration with Esteban Y. Tan & Associates

The six-storey W Office at High Street was developed primarily for high-end office and retail tenants. This building is prominently located at the corners of 11th Avenue and 28th Street.

It has a gross leasable area of 12,000 square meters and was delivered in less than 12 months. Its anchor retail tenants include Audi and Lamborghini, while anchor office tenants include Japan Tobacco and Splash Corporations.
