Assistant Building Management Head

An Assistant Building Management Head supports the day-to-day operation of property management by handling tenant relations and ensuring building maintenance. Responsible for inspecting property conditions, coordinating maintenance work, budgeting, and monthly financial report.


Role and Responsibilities

  1. Conduct daily physical inspection of the building and its facilities to ensure compliance with housekeeping and maintenance standards.
  2. Plan and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance program for the essential building services and facility equipment operation.
  3. Prepare, implement and monitor budget allocation for labor, repair and maintenance, as well as materials and utilities cost to achieve cost savings.
  4. Ensure that all house rules and regulations pertaining to parking, security, move-ins and move-outs of tenants and other related policies are strictly implemented.
  5. Address and resolve tenant’s questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner


Job Qualification

  1. With a Bachelor’s Degree. Preferably graduate with a Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam), in Architecture of Engineering: Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent.
  2. At least three (3) years of working experience
  3. With working knowledge of industry standards and regulations
  4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills
  6. Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  7. Customer service oriented 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
