Assistant Building Administrator

Position Brief:

The Assistant Building Administrator (ABA) is responsible for managing the day-to-day administration and engineering services of their assigned building/s. ABA’s duties and responsibilities ae congruent to the Building Administrator (BA) to support the overall department’s objectives and assist in the team management and mentoring of team members

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Building Administration/Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering
  • Preferably a Licensed Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical or Civil)
  • At least three (3) years of supervisory experience and five (5) years of work experience related to building operations management
  • Proficient knowledge in building operations management and organizational effectiveness
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Proficient knowledge in building regulatory and legal requirements
